Hi, I’m Jaco Coetzee, the person behind Data Wizard Studio. I build clear, modern websites for small businesses that want to look professional online and make it easier for customers to get in touch.
I work directly with you to understand your business and create a website that suits your needs, style, and budget.
Tell me about your business ↗Client reviews will be added here as projects are completed and clients give permission to share their feedback.
Your business name, services, contact details, and any logo or photos you have. Examples of websites you like are useful too.
Yes. The layout is designed to adapt to phone, tablet, and desktop screens.
The quote depends on the number of pages, content, and features. Share your idea and budget so the scope can be agreed first.
Work begins after the written quote is accepted, the required content is supplied, and the 40% deposit is paid. Normally the remaining 60% is due on completion before handover. Instalments over up to three months may be available by prior written agreement; they are not automatically approved. Monthly care is a separate optional service.
Domain registration and hosting are discussed separately so you know where your website will live and what ongoing costs apply.
A typical small business website takes approximately 7–14 working days after receiving your deposit and required content. Your project timeline is confirmed in the quote. Delayed content or feedback may change that timeline.
Please supply your business details, service descriptions, contact information, and any logo or photos you want included. Let Jaco know before work begins if you need help preparing these.
Yes. Share your current website link and the changes you want. Jaco can review the design and discuss what can be improved.
Your site can include clickable phone, email, and WhatsApp links, as well as an enquiry form. The project enquiry page sends your request to Jaco through FormSubmit.
Tell Jaco how you want to take orders and payments. Online shops, payment processing, and delivery features need to be scoped separately before a quote is agreed.
Basic page titles and descriptions can help search engines understand your website. Google indexing and search rankings are not guaranteed, and ongoing SEO can be discussed separately.
No. Your request starts a conversation. The scope, price, timeline, and any payment terms must be agreed before work begins.
Once the agreed project price has been paid in full, you receive your completed website files and can move them to another hosting provider. Your domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name, keeping you in control. Third-party images, fonts, and tools remain subject to their own licences.
Domain registration, hosting charges, and paid third-party services are separate unless your quote includes them. An optional R500/month care plan provides a scheduled monthly checkup and up to 60 minutes of supported fixes and small updates, subject to the plan limits. Extra pages, features, and work outside that allowance are quoted separately. Eligible introductory customers receive six months of free checkups, confirmed in their quote; this does not automatically become a paid plan. Online shops, payment systems, and custom functionality are also scoped separately.
Your quote includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Please send each round as one combined list. Additional pages, features, or changes to the original brief are quoted separately.
Yes. Any future updates and ongoing support can be scoped and quoted separately.
Tell me your goals and budget. Choose a starting point below, and you’ll receive a personalised quote before committing. Your final price depends on the agreed pages, design, content, and features.
A focused one-page website for a business that needs the essentials.
Starting scope: an existing one-page design adapted with your supplied text and photos. Bespoke layouts, extra sections, animations, and content help are quoted to your needs.
A fuller website with space to explain your services and showcase your work.
Starting scope: a straightforward business site using supplied content and standard enquiry options. Custom design, richer content, and additional features are agreed in your quote.
For an existing website that needs a clearer structure and an updated design.
Starting scope: small visual improvements and supplied content updates to an accessible existing site. Substantial redesigns and mobile layout work are quoted after review.
Choose a package as a starting point, or tell me your custom idea. Websites, online shops, dashboards, and special features are quoted to your requirements.
Routine checkups, help with supported website issues, and small updates within the limits below.
Care covers the website delivered by Data Wizard Studio while the plan is active and paid in advance. The 60-minute allowance is shared across troubleshooting and edits; unused time does not roll over. Any extra work is quoted and requires approval before charges are incurred.
New pages, redesigns, new features, online shop changes, custom integrations, bulk content work, data recovery, malware removal, and damage from client or third-party changes are excluded unless separately agreed. Hosting, domains, licences, and third-party charges are not included. External outages cannot be guaranteed to be fixed by us. There is no 24/7 or emergency support commitment.
The plan is month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal; cancellation does not cancel any outstanding project instalments. Mandatory consumer rights and any separately agreed defect remedies still apply. There is no chargeable extra work without your approval.
For our first customers, with eligibility confirmed in the written quote: one scheduled checkup per month for six months from launch.
Checkups review page access, key links, and the enquiry form. Any problems found are reported. This offer covers checks only; content changes and repair work are quoted separately unless covered by an agreed defect remedy.
No automatic paid subscription follows the free period. The R500/month care plan starts only if you choose it.
